Food and Beverage Skills training

Food and Beverage department is the largest area in the hospitality industry apart from the totality of the number of rooms in the hotel. Their activity touches all the aspect of hotel operations, from the lobby, guest room, swimming pool area and to the back of the house (kitchen). The department has the potential to deliver 50% in comparison to the totality of generated rooms’ revenue. The training would improve the skills of the employees to deliver effective, quality and efficient service to the hotel clients in line with industry best practices in the area of culinary services.

Housekeeping and Room Condition Management Training

Is the training that narrates the process of maintaining hotel accomodations, with the intention of achieving industrial best practices in the areas of housekeeping, by focusing on the 3 main locations in a guest room and addressing 33 different elements that guests use in determining and adjudging the standard of our rooms. The training is suitable for employees in the housekeeping, front Office and the Laundry department.

Food Handlers and Essentials of Serving Safe Food

The training objective is to educate our staff in food handling areas. Starting from the purchasing and receiving department through the food and beverage kitchen and service staff and finally to the guest, ensuring that the procedures are safe and devoid of hazards that could endanger our guests’ culinary experience.

Front Office Management Training

The rooms division is a department in the hotel industry that comprises of the laundry, housekeeping and Front Office. In some hotels where the concept of Rooms Division is not practiced, each of these sections stands on her own, regardless of the fact that all the departments in the hotel work together as a team. Our objective is to emphasize the interdependent role of Front Office, Housekeeping and the Laundry in providing a comfortable accommodation and a convenient lodging experience for our guest.

Supervisors and Emotional Intelligence Training

Effective supervisors are necessary in all settings where employees need guidance and direction to complete tasks, serve customers and meet deadlines. Our program will outline the barriers to effective supervision and the process of achieving effectiveness through emotional intelligence and transformational leadership.
